    hello! im using md802 and my update is expired. my problem is i accidentally deleted my nissan software. now i cant retrieve it in update section. please help. thanks

     Hi, download access is closed once update expired. Please purchase another yearly update to re-gain the download access. Then you could try to load Nissan software again.

    Is there any other way? Or can i just purchase Nissan software only? Thats really a bad news.

     To have access to any software, please purchase the yearly update. We do not sell any software seperately.

       my scanner only star and show the message: The vehicle program is not authorized. Please obtain the authorizathion.
    how i fixit

    I can´t see the register password for a complete regitration

     Hi, this MD802 was registered successfully on 2015-10-29. There is no need to register it again. Please format the SD card and try to load all the software to have a try.
